These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") govern your use of the Puntos Padel mobile application ("the App", "we"). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
Puntos Padel is an application for entertainment purposes that lets you keep score of your padel matches: count the points and track who serves, so you never lose track.
The App is free and does not involve real money.
2. The App is NOT a betting platform
The App is not a betting service, casino, or gambling-for-money game. Specifically:
- No real money is bet, deposited, transferred or won within the App.
- The "points" recorded have purely recreational value and do not represent money, cash prizes or economic value of any kind.
- The App does not organize, promote or facilitate money betting between users.
- Any money-betting arrangement that users make outside the App is their sole responsibility and falls entirely outside the scope of the App. We do not participate in, endorse, or take responsibility for such arrangements.
3. Permitted use
To use the App you agree to:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Use the App only for personal, recreational purposes.
- Not use the App for illegal, fraudulent or money-betting activities.
- Not attempt to manipulate scores, or to breach the App's security.
- Not post offensive, illegal, defamatory or infringing content in the text fields you fill in (for example, player names).
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
4. Use without an account
The App runs locally on your device and does not require creating a user account. The processing of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We assume no civil liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the matches and scores entered by users. This data may contain errors.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, technical failures, or the conduct of other users.
- We are not responsible for any agreement, dispute, debt or financial loss between users arising from bets or promises made outside the App (see section 2).
Use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Distribution and third-party services
The App is distributed through the app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play), whose terms also apply. The App contains no third-party advertising and does not sell your data.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the App, its design, trademarks, logos and proprietary content belong to us or are duly licensed. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the App without authorization.
Club, tournament and event names belong to their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any official sports organization.
8. Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time and without any liability. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
