This policy describes how Matrimillas ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile application. By using the App you accept the practices described here. In short: we do not ask for an email or password, we show no ads, and we do not sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
Data is managed by the developer of Matrimillas (TRAX). For any privacy questions you can write to info@trax.ar
2. What data we collect and why
The App works without registration: we do not ask for your real name, email, phone number or password. The data processed is:
| Data | Purpose | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous user ID | Identify your profile without asking for personal data, and link your miles, couple and groups. | Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) |
| Nickname and favorite categories | Display you within your couple and groups, and personalize the permissions catalog and messages. | You enter them |
| User content | Store and sync the actions, activities, miles, permissions, votes, goals and groups you enter, to share them with your couple or group. | The App, as you use it |
| Notification token | Send you push notifications (for example, when you are assigned miles or there is something to vote on). | Firebase Cloud Messaging |
| Crash information | Detect and fix errors in the App. | Firebase Crashlytics |
Your nickname and the content you enter are visible to the people in your couple or group (those who have your invitation code).
3. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in the cloud using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), so it can be synced between your device and those of your couple or group. Information is encrypted in transit.
4. Third parties that process your data
We use third-party services acting as "data processors":
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config). Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The App includes no advertising, uses no advertising or cross-app tracking identifiers, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Push notifications
Notifications are optional: the App asks for your permission and you can turn them off at any time from your phone's settings. If you turn them off, the App keeps working normally.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Your profile, miles, permissions and groups are kept while you use the App.
- Crash data is kept for a limited period (Firebase Crashlytics default, up to 90 days).
- Because sign-in is anonymous, if you uninstall the App your profile is no longer linked to your device. Data you shared with your couple or group may remain visible to them.
- You can request deletion of your data by writing to info@trax.ar (include your nickname and your couple or group code so we can locate the data).
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Ask any question by writing to info@trax.ar.
8. Minimum age
The App is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add features or applicable rules change. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
