These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") govern the use of the Matrimillas mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
Matrimillas is an entertainment app for earning "miles" (also called "matrimillas" or "matripoints") with your partner or your group of friends and redeeming them for "permissions" (for example: a fishing trip, a holiday, a concert). In couple mode, one person logs an action and the other assigns the miles; in group mode, activities are approved by vote and there are shared goals.
The App is free and does not involve real money.
2. Miles have no monetary value
The App is not a financial, betting or prize service. In particular:
- "Miles" and "permissions" have purely recreational and symbolic value: they do not represent money, credit, cash prizes or economic value of any kind, and they are not redeemable outside the App's game dynamic.
- "Permissions" are private, informal agreements between users (couple or group). We are not a party to those agreements, we do not guarantee that they will be honored, and we do not mediate disputes about them.
- No real money is wagered, deposited, transferred or won inside the App.
- Any commitment with economic value that users agree on outside the App is their sole responsibility and entirely outside our scope.
3. Permitted use
To use the App you agree to:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Use the App for personal, recreational purposes only.
- Not use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Not attempt to manipulate miles, votes or goals, or compromise the security of the App.
- Not post content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory or that infringes third-party rights in the text fields you fill in (for example: nicknames, actions, activities, permissions or group names).
We may suspend or delete accounts and groups that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
4. Sign-in without registration, couples and groups
The App does not require creating an account with an email or password: it uses anonymous sign-in plus a nickname that you choose. Couples and groups are formed by sharing an invitation code or link.
- You are responsible for whom you share your invitation codes with: anyone with the code can join your couple or group.
- Because sign-in is anonymous and tied to your device, if you uninstall the App, clear its data or switch phones you may lose access to your profile, miles and groups. We cannot guarantee recovery of that access.
- Content entered by users (actions, activities, miles, permissions) is the responsibility of whoever enters it.

5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We assume no civil liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
- We are not responsible for disputes, disagreements or harm between users arising from the assignment of miles, votes, goals, or the fulfillment (or non-fulfillment) of redeemed "permissions" (see section 2).
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-entered content.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, technical failures, or the behavior of other users.
You use the App at your own risk.
6. Distribution and third-party services
The App is distributed through the app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play), whose terms also apply. The App relies on Google Firebase services to work (see the Privacy Policy). The App does not include third-party advertising and does not sell your data.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, its design, trademarks, logos and original content belong to us or are duly licensed. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the App without authorization.
8. Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
